Our amazing experience working with Danielle Alto..
My wife and I began searching for a home in early August. Our first impression/observation of Danielle is that she will always make time for you. Each time we called Danielle, she either answered on the spot or got back to us in a timely manner. In addition, Danielle made herself available to view homes for us. My wife and I were in a unique situation where we were buying a house from out of state. So, viewing homes in person was not really an option for us. Danielle made sure to FaceTime each showing and answer any questions we had. Lastly and most importantly, Danielle always gave us her honest and professional opinion. Danielle never pressured us into getting a house we didn't want. Danielle never tried to make a quick deal, rather she valued what we wanted and were comfortable with. Now, we have our dream house in NH and couldn't be happier! Honestly, we couldn't recommend a better realtor if you're looking to buy/sell a home. -Derrick M

Danielle was sweet but tough with me. By that I mean she gave me guidance that this guy needs. I am flying solo after my wife had passed and needed to start over which is tough, for me, since my late wife had made most decisions and I didn't have much responsibility as far as paper work stuff goes. Danielle steered me through the whole process, including dealing with my broker. There were ups and downs but she was so instrumental in making it happen! Then, when closing day came, an unfortunate problem on my end happened that delayed the closing a few hours. Danielle and I sat around a few hours till it was resolved. Poor Danielle. But she was calm and patient and and we got to know one another better through that few hours of conversation. I can say for sure you can't go wrong with Danielle in your corner! I don’t even know where to start. Danielle is honestly amazing. She is so knowledgeable and had an answer to the millions of questions and never got frustrated with us. She was so patient from start to finish. There was never a moment where we felt pressured which is really important in my book. I am very picky and she was the perfect match. She provided great advice throughout the entire process. At no point during our home search did we feel like it was about the money. In fact, she kept reminding us of the hardships that come with falling in love with and buying a home that was at the top of our budget. And thank god she did, because we are so happy with our home it’s practically unreal. I am so grateful and thankful I could not say it enough. She was always so personable, from bringing us a pie for thanksgiving, to giving us a house warming gift. She’s so thoughtful and kind and it’s always her clients first. Any time I had a question I would call her and she would pick up on the second ring, which is so nice. She is so tentative and we got close throughout the process and are now good friends.
